This campaign, designed to raise $10 million in deposits from new customers, was a unique collaboration involving the bank and two of its business customers. The basic approach was to mount an aggressive direct mail campaign, supplemented by in-branch collateral (including 3-D posters and fliers). Launched in the spring, the campaign targeted noncustomers.
