The correct Disability Insurance Voluntary Plan assessment rate beginning for the second quarter is .098 percent, or .00098 times the DI wages.
If you filed the second quarter DE 3D using the incorrect DI Voluntary Plan assessment rate of .07 percent, EDD will send you a statement for the additional balance due.
