Radio Science Yes I did not believe the science story on the radio, caught between traffic and our tornado test alarm. A nymph in utero can catch the mother's post traumatic fright, from incidents long past. But I did not believe such findings, until ten weeks in, beneath the blunt and trainless trestle, running alone. I started at some rustle, and my blood arrested, foamed, and troubled the dark in which the child formed. It isn't right. I hardly think of the past, the gray police and heartless scorch. I more recall only the better times at that bar: recoil of springs in the pinball corner, pool table that accepted only quarters, the floor too small and...
