PositionScene Setters: North Carolina's movers and shakers

The Wake Forest University Center for Private Business presented the annual N.C. Family Business of the Year and Legacy awards on May 19 on campus. Recipients included: Charlotte-based Smith Turf & Irrigation, National Wiper Alliance in Swannanoa, Ruminating Technologies in Greensboro and Colton Groome & Co. in Asheville The Flow family of Winston-Salem received the Legacy Award. Flow Automotive CEO Don Flow and his father, Vic Flow, president of Flow Lexus, participated in a panel discussion at the awards ceremony. The center recently changed its name from the Wake Forest Family Business Center.
