Auditing Standards Board: Apr. 25-27, Savannah, Ga.

As a result of an investigation of alleged violations of the Codes of Professional Conduct of the AICPA and/or state CPA societies, the following ethics case has been resolved by settlement agreement under the Joint Ethics Enforcement Program:

* Rodney Green of Randallstown, Md., expelled from membership in the AICPA, effective Dec. 16, 2005.

Under the automatic disciplinary provisions of the Institute's bylaws, the following members have had their AICPA memberships:

--Terminated because of final judgments of conviction for crimes punishable by imprisonment for more than one year:

* Frank M. Butts of Little Rock, Ark., effective Jan. 26, 2006.

* James A. Coryea 11 of Plymouth, Minn., effective Dec. 9, 2005.

--Terminated following disciplinary action imposed by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board:

* Edward B. Morris of New York, effective Jan. 26, 2006.

--Terminated following revocation of their CPA certificate, license and/or permit to practice by their state boards of accountancy:

* Timothy T. Tickle of Westwood, Kan., effective Dec. 19, 2005.
