CalCPA's 1989 Public Service Award winner and San Francisco native Donald Harvey Seiler passed away Aug. 3. He was 83. Born Dec. 16, 1928, Seiler earned his bachelor's degree in accounting and MBA from UC-Berkeley. He spent time as an accountant in the 1950s before founding Seiler and Company (now Seiler, LLP) in 1957.
