Proof against Iraq?

I think President Bush has proof that Saddam is building chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons ("Weighing the Case Against Iraq," 10/18/02), so we should stop him before he uses them on our allies. The only way to get rid of these weapons is to remove Saddam.
