Mkukuta is Tanzania's way out of poverty. Mkukuta is the Kiswahili acronym for the International Monetary Fund's (IMF) next five year program, which emphasizes the creation of physical and social infrastructure as a way of attracting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and stimulating growth.
