Online training programs in customer service and sales are now being made available by Stickler Learning Inc., Clearwater, Fla. The company specializes in working with community banks.

Previously available on video tapes, these courses can now be viewed online for a monthly fee. The company's online training programs include 12, 20-minute sales and service courses, including "Service Excellence by Telephone;" "The Perfect Teller Contact;" "The Attitude Factor;" "Conversational, Clue, Referral Selling;" "The New Accounts Sales Interview;" and "Closing the Sale."
