The work of the Procurement Division strives to allow the government to obtain needed supplies and services at an equitable and reasonable price with the least possible disruption of industrial practices.

Its long-standing reputation in the procurement community has allowed Procurement Division members to maintain close working relationships with government agencies, multi-organization coalitions and working groups.

Procurement Division members are influential members of industry and are frequently invited to serve on government-industry working groups, provide candid feedback to government offices and participate in efforts to directly improve the procurement and acquisition processes. The division is currently seeking new participants from the NDIA corporate membership base for many of the committees, and particularly welcomes the input and participation of small business representatives.
