Darrell J. Oyer, president of Darrell J. Oyer & Company, was awarded the National Defense Industrial Association's Procurement Committee Howard H. Cork Memorial Award. The award has been given annually since 1967 to a procurement committee member who has devoted extensive time and energy for the general good of the association, the defense industry and government. Candidates for the award also must have stature in the defense community, as well as the regard of their government and non-government associates.
