E-commerce saw a slightly rocky 2022 coming off of the wave of consumers buying online due to lockdowns in the two years prior. Some even are saying that revenue is to shrink for the first time ever regarding e-commerce--and with talk of recession knocking on the front door, it is best that all businesses take note and make the necessary changes to protect themselves from harm, stresses Olivia Starling, founder and CEO of jewelry brand Starlette Galleria.
