Legal malpractice law is a subject about which most lawyers know very little. And while there are numerous works devoted to the subject, no current text focuses specifically on Florida legal malpractice law. As a result, we hope this book will provide ready answers whenever guidance is needed by a Florida lawyer or a lawyer with a case or client in Florida.
