PREFACE

Virginia Criminal Practice Forms is published in electronic (pdf) format with an accompanying print version. The electronic version of Virginia Criminal Practice Forms includes Microsoft® Word versions of the forms, so that conveniently accessed for use in practice. The forms in Word format are embedded in the pdf version of this publication. They can be accessed directly from links contained in the table of contents or from the page on which the form begins. All you need to do is double click on the link to an embedded form and it will open in Word ready for use. You can also click the right mouse button once on the links to save the embedded files to your hard disk or a network server. (You need version 6 or later of Adobe® Reader to access embedded files.)
