WHAT'S IN YOUR health's future? With a simple blood test--and analysis of it by Bloomington startup Predictive Physiology Medicine Inc. (PPM)--you could learn years before you even have symptoms what health risks you'll likely face. Even more important, you could use that information right now to steer your future to better health.

Rollout of this crystal-ball look at your future health began in Indiana this fall and goes national in early 2009 as PPM, founded in 2005, debuts its Viveda Cardio analysis service to medical practices, executive health programs, and wellness and sports medicine centers. Within a year, it plans to be ready for a full suite of Viveda Health and Wellness assessments, predictors for diabetes, hypertension and other medical challenges.

By next summer, it will move again, this time to occupy half of a 30,000-square-foot $5.4 million building that gets underway this month. PPM will spend $10.6 million to equip its space. By 2010, it plans to have a staff of 75.
