With the pandemic reshaping your employees' wants and expectations, HR needs to respond to keep their workplaces competitive. Recent trends:

More resignations and career changes A huge majority of workers (87%) are confident about their current skills and job security, according to a survey by staffing firm Robert Half. But that doesn't guarantee they'll stay put: Nearly a third (32%) say they plan to look for a new role in the next several months. The top reasons: give themselves a pay raise and seek greater opportunities for career advancement, both cited by 29% of respondents.

Also, 31% of professionals said they had a shift in perspective due to the pandemic and prefer to work for an organization that better aligns with their personal values. Most important: employee well-being (70%) and diversity, equity and inclusion (47%).
