Policy division.

The mission of NDIA Policy Division is to formulate and advocate for defense industry's top issues and strengthen its partnership with the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches of government through communication and education. We provide policy support for NDIA external communication and for ND IA's affiliates, divisions, and committees. NDIA's Assistant Vice President for Policy oversees:

* the Government Policy Advisory Division,

* the Legislative Information Division,

* the Procurement Division,

* the Integrated Program Management Division, and

* the Industrial Security Committee.

Policy Staff:

Will Goodman is the Assistant Vice President for Policy at the National Defense Industrial Association. Formerly Will was the Association's Director of National Security Issue Development and Legislative Policy. Will leads and manages NDIA's policy staff, reports directly to ND IA's Chairman of the Board and its President and CEO, and is responsible for Association-wide policy initiatives as well as managing the Association's activities through several of its divisions. Will serves as the lead interface between NDIA and government leaders.

Jimmy Thomas is the Director of Legislative Policy at the National Defense Industrial Association. He is the NDIA lead for congressional engagement and the primary point of contact for Members of Congress and their staff within the Association, with a particular focus on the House of Representatives.

Christopher Fletcher is the Director of Executive Branch Policy at the National Defense Industrial Association. Chris is the primary point of contact for communication and engagement with the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, the Intelligence Community, and other departments and agencies of the U.S. Government.
