The Polish Chamber of Electronic Communications (PIKE) has issued a statement criticizing draft proposals by the country's regulatory agency, the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE), which would open up the networks of the six leading cable operators to other parties.

PIKE represents 100 companies, including electronic communications operators, electronic manufacturers, and firms in the broadband field.
