All systems but the economy are "go" for a natural-gas-powered plant that will produce electricity, reports Paul Lake, executive director of Pike County Growth and Development Council. Air, water and Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission approvals are in hand. "They're ready to go once they find a customer for their electricity. They're waiting for the electrical industry to shake out in the next six to nine months," he says.
