After Mark Van Buskirk and Robert Jordan were "downsized" from the Boulder County tech sector, they launched their own startup, PhotoVu. After a year of R & D, the three-employee company in February debuted the PV1900, a picture frame with an LCD panel instead of a canvas. The 19-inch panel displays images it receives from a PC's hard drive via a wireless network; it can stay put on one image or play a continuous slide show.
