In 1919, Swiss pilot and photographer Walter Mittelholzer flew over the highest mountain in the Alps (Mont Blanc) and took aerial photos of the landscape from his biplane. One hundred years later, researchers from the University of Dundee in Scotland recreated his photographs to show the impact that climate change has had upon the mountain's glaciers.
