LEISURE I'm a die-hard Red Sox fan, and enjoy golf, tennis, fishing, weight-lifting, running (I've completed five marathons) and attending my kids' games and meets as often as I can.

FAVORITE SPORTS MEMORY Two in particular: At the Boston College-Miami football game in 1984 when Doug Flutie completed the game-winning "Miracle in Miami" pass and changed BC forever. And the Red Sox breaking the "Curse of the Bambino" by winning the World Series in 2004--after an 86-year drought--and on my birthday, no less!

TIME MANAGEMENT Setting priorities, making lists, planning with adequate lead times, operating with a sense of urgency and maintaining good communication with my wife regarding the busy family schedule.

STRESS MANAGEMENT Work out in the morning before Chamber events, or go for a jog at lunchtime, if possible. If I only have five minutes, I...
