Several new managers and other staff members have recently joined FEI. They include:

* Dean Krogman, FEI's new Vice President for Technical Activities and Conferences. Krogman is a member of FEI and was most recently with Thomas & Betts in Memphis, Tenn., as assistant corporate controller. He will be responsible for FEI's technical committees and conferences. Krogman is both a CPA and MBA. Reporting to him will be new conference director Bill McGrath and Janet Luallen, Director of Technical Activities.

* William McGrath, who joined as Director of Conferences is responsible for planning and executing FEI's conferences. McGrath comes to FEI from Advanstar Communications in Milford, Conn., where he was Group Show Director, He has extensive experience with conferences and trade shows, and has worked on both the corporate and association side.

* Mark Rosen is FEI's new Director of Tax & Economic Policy, responsible for all tax, benefit asset management, budget and finance issues. He will also be staff liaison to the FEI Committee on Taxation and represent FEI before Congress and regulatory agencies on all tax and economic issues.
