Re:Mind, a proposal for bridging a significant gap in mental healthcare, was chosen as the winner of the Penn Public Policy Challenge. The challenge, sponsored by the University of Pennsylvania's Fels Institute of Government, asks undergraduate and graduate students to work together in small teams to develop policy ideas into programs that could be enacted in Philadelphia.
