On Friday, July 22, employees of 50-year-old PenAir celebrated their remarkable anniversary by surprising Founder and Owner Orin Seybert with a replica of the first plane he used, a two-seat Taylorcraft. He flew the original plane when he started his company in 1955 flying medivacs for the Dillingham Hospital. It took two years to build the plane and media and special guests were invited to the event.
