Heather Estabrook, PE, has taken charge as PDC Inc.'s Transportation Market Sector Manager and Highway Lead. She will manage staff resources and the quality of work deliverables for the Highway and Aviation Group's staff. Estabrook joined PDC in 2000. Her sixteen years of project experience includes roads, site grading, paving, curb, gutter, drainage, and utility improvements.

Karen Brady, PE, is now PDC's Utitities/Site Development Market Sector Manager responsible for a civil/environmental engineering staff of nine. Brady is also a longtime PDC employee who joined the firm in 2001 and has been part of the firm's leadership group since 2010. Brady has extensive experience with the operation of utilities in cold regions.
