Randy Williams, PE, joins PDC Inc. Engineers in its Anchorage mechanical department. As a senior mechanical engineer with more than twenty-three years of design experience in Alaska, Williams holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado, as well as a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
