In a journal he kept for a high school English class, Paul Hensley wrote that his goal was to be a millionaire by age 35. While it's taking him a little longer to attain that goal, he says he's well on his way--by living frugally and investing wisely. Also, over the past 25 years, his definition of "wealthy" has changed. For him, the true measure of wealth is showing discipline in your life, helping others and making and maintaining friendships and your health.

Time Management: I try to keep organized by using my BlackBerry. My wife and I synchronize our calendars. She keeps the "master," so if it isn't in her calendar, it's not going to happen!

At work, I am in lots of meetings, so I try to keep a balance with my staff; sometimes I have to close my office door to "clean up loose ends."
