Paterson's Alma Realty offers property for disaster relief use.

As part of an effort to help during the COVID-19 crisis, and to plan for an increase in cases that has the potential to overwhelm local hospitals, Alma Realty in Paterson said Wednesday it is offering more than 200,000 square feet of space it owns on Getty Avenue to be used for disaster relief should the need arise.

Additionally, Alma said it is offering a newly built unoccupied apartment building on Church Street with 72 apartments.
