* Assistant Secretary of Defense for Chemical and Biological Defense Deb Rosenblum said she's afraid the Defense Department will learn the wrong lessons from the COVID crisis.

"I worry a lot that the department will in a knee-jerk way come to the conclusion that even in what has been the worst of times for us [the pandemic]... the department figured it out, so we'll be able to figure it out in the future," she said at NDIA's Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense confab.
