The Alaska company that owns Era Aviation Inc. and Frontier Flying Services has acquired Arctic Circle Air Service Inc. HoTH Inc. announced the acquisition in late fall, and Arctic Circle's cargo operations were due to begin operating as Frontier Alaska on Dec. 1.
