Paraty's pulsing past and present.

I very much enjoyed the text that James Patrick Kiernan wrote about Paraty (June 2003). It is poetic and true. A very good analysis is made between the reality of Paraty when he lived there, and today, busier and less provincial. It is good to know that the beauty and quiet tranquility of the city still remain.

I only disagree with the statements made by Jose Claudio, who says one thing, which is true, but...
