As the FTB continuously looks for better ways to protect taxpayers' confidential information, increase data security and improve efficiency, effective Jan. 1, it will retire the stand-alone Paperless Schedule K-1 (565/568) program.

Partnerships and LLCs can continue to submit the Schedule K-1 (565/568) with their e-filed (preferred) or paper filed tax return.
