"Parole Denial: The Artworks of Leonard Peltier" is on exhibit at Mojo's Daily Grind coffeehouse from May 1 to July 1. Peltier, a citizen of the Anishinabe and Lakota Nations, was sentenced to two life terms in 1977 for the murder of two FBI agents in 1975 at the Pine Ridge reservation in South Dakota. Peltier maintains his innocence and says he never received a fair trial.
