The Third Annual Pacific Rim Tax Institute will be held on January 31 and February 1, 2013, at Four Seasons Hotel East Palo Alto in Palo Alto, California. TEI's Santa Clara Valley Chapter is one of the co-sponsors of the program, along with the U.S. Council for International Business, the Silicon Valley Tax Directors Group, San Francisco Foreign Tax Club, and Stanford University Law School.

Invited Government Tax Officials from China, India, Canada, Malaysia, Japan and Singapore, as well as numerous officials from the Internal Revenue Service.
