BATESVILLE

Sherman House Restaurant & Inn, 35 S. Main St., 47006; 812/934-2407. A notable feature of the 25-room, century-old Sherman House Inn is a restaurant that specializes in German- American cuisine. The Sherman House, which is only six blocks from Interstate 74, offers a getaway package for $79.95 that includes a standard room, a bottle of wine, a cheese and fruit tray and a gift certificate for meals. CINCINNATI
