Five phenomenal women were honored at the 2011 Women's Leadership Forum as part of the Women to Watch Awards.

Emerging Leaders:

* Hillary Trout, senior manager and leads the consulting and business advisory services function at Longerier & Associates CPAs in San Luis Obispo. She passed her CPA Exam with scores in the 90s within months of graduating with honors from Cal Poly, where she earned her degree while working full time, raising her family and seeing her husband through two brain surgeries.

* Kristen Rampe, a senior manager at Frank. Rimerman + Co in San Francisco. She has been a CPA since 2003 and has 10 years experience directing the success and growth of public and private organizations through process implementation and commitment to quality solutions and service delivery.
