By this date, employers with 100 or more employees must:

* Establish a policy on vaccination. Creating and implementing a vaccinate-or-test policy is step one. See OSHA's sample policy at www.tinyurl.com/VaxPolicySample.

* Determine the vaccination status of each employee, obtain acceptable proof of vaccination, maintain records and roster of vaccine status.

* Establish systems to provide paid leave to employees to get their shots and recover from side effects.

* Require employees to notify you if they test positive for COVID or are diagnosed. Immediately remove those people from the workplace.

* Make sure employees who are not fully vaccinated wear face masks when working indoors or in a vehicle with another for work purposes.
