There are so many ways to continue your education in the field of Corrections, and the ACA prides itself in providing all of the most up-to-date information for you to further your career. We have a number of courses that can be accessed from our website that add to the convenience of learning. Online courses are an excellent way for facilities to assist their staff in staying educated and informed, as well as assist in the recertification processes. ACA offers an annual subscription that provides access to all available courses in the catalog for one year. The cost is $250 for ACA members and $300 for non-members. Agency volume discounts are available.

Earning ACA recertification credits through ACA online training

The ACA recertification process begins immediately after achieving certification status. Because professional development is an ongoing process, it is required that ACA certified professionals (CCPs) recertify every three years. Maintaining a certification may not always be at the forefront of your mind, but with ACA's online courses, recertification credits are now easier to earn. For ACA's online training program, the number of course training hours equals the number of recertification credits. The number of credits you must earn depends on your certification level.
