On the Menu: Parsley & Mint opens location in northern Greenville.

Parsley & Mint, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, has opened its second location at 5052 Old Buncombe Road in the University Square shopping center near Furman. The restaurant's first location is at 600 N. Main St. in Greenville with the entrance facing Falls Park Drive.

"We are excited to open our second location and bring Parsley & Mint to northern Greenville," owner Paul Ryll said in a news release. "Parsley & Mint is designed to provide fresh and delicious Mediterranean cuisine that customers can enjoy with family and friends, whether in one of our restaurants or their own homes. We look forward to serving the Upstate community in this new location."
