Savannah Bee Co. reopens downtown doors

Following a winter renovation, the Savannah Bee Co. hosted a grand reopening event on March 27 to celebrate its new honey-inspired caf with both indoor and outdoor seating and a full mead bar.

In addition to its menu of honey roasted coffee, teas, honey mint limeade and more, the new caf served a selection of honey-infused pastries from local restaurant Table 301 throughout the weekend, including honey madeleines and a honey baklava, according to a news release. At the new mead bar, guests can sample flights of six different meads, including locally made variations from Wandering Bard Meadery, for $12.

The Greenville shop marks the fourth S.C. location for the Savannah-based brand, and its 15th location nationwide.
