I've got a question for Oliver Stone (Interview by Ed Rampell, February issue): How many American lives does he think Henry Wallace as President would have let be sacrificed for his "higher moral discourse?"

Did not President Truman drop the bomb to abate the killing and maiming of Americans?

Stone's biased, foggy telescope of idealistic history seems to easily favor higher moral principles over real American lives and...
