MIO, a pioneer in performance heart rate monitoring, has launched MIO Alpha, the world's first heart rate sport watch without a chest strap. It records heart rate continuously at speeds up to 14.4 miles per hour.

The Alpha is a key milestone in MIO's mission To make heart rate, monitoring accessible for athletes at all levels.
