Ika Muda, a diversified firm headquartered in Pekalongan, Indonesia, agreed to purchase Ocean Beauty Seafoods, a subsidiary of Juneau-based Sealaska Corp., a Native regional corporation. The sale was expected to be finalized by the end of August. Ika Muda owns the largest prawn operations in Indonesia and processes and trades other seafoods through operations in the Far East and the United States.
