Sentencing Issues

· Sometimes issues will arise at the “final” sentencing that may be objectionable.

· Timely object and state specific reason for the objection when the alleged error occurs, and request relief.

· If a sentencing hearing is held and an “objectionable” question is asked of a witness, you must object and request relief—just as at trial.
