· You must make a record to preserve errors for appeal regarding these occurrences—all the appellate court has is a transcript, unless you make a record of what occurred.

· State what’s happening for the record, or call witnesses to show what’s happening, and object to the happening. Then, include the matter in your New Trial Motion if the court overruled your objection and failed to remedy the issue.
