NOTICES OF DISCIPLINE

The Hawai'i Supreme Court suspended Maui attorney, B. LADD UEOKA from the practice of law, effective upon entry of an Order entered on September 17, 2012. The Court determined that Ueoka failed to cooperate with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel's investigation in three complaint matters and has not shown good cause for his failure to do so.

Ueoka will remain suspended until further order of the Court. Ueoka may move the Court for reinstatement upon evidence, by affidavit and/or exhibit, of full compliance with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel's requests for information.

Ueoka, 61, was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Hawai'i on May 2, 1977, and is a graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law.
