Ann C. Kemp joined Gary G. Grimmer & Associates. She will continue her 23-year practice in business and general civil law, including litigation, arbitration and mediation, contracts and transactions.

Mario Ramil, former Associate Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court, joined Badger Arakaki, LLLC as Of Counsel and will focus on arbitrations.
