NovaGold Resources Inc. (AMEX, TSX: NG) and SpectrumGold Inc. (TSX: SGX) announced they have completed the business combination of NovaGold and SpectrumGold, and SpectrumGold has been amalgamated with NovaGold's wholly owned subsidiary NovaGold Canada Inc.
