The holiday always are a time for taking photos. Relationship cycling, "a pattern of breaking up and getting back together with the same partner is associated with increased symptoms of depression and anxiety," says Kale Monk, assistant professor of human development and family science at the University of Missouri, Columbia. "A tumultuous pattern of stressful transitions in and out of the same relationship might have more pervasive implications for our well-being. All too often, people fall back into toxic relationships because of habit, convenience, or obligation."

The American public thinks that teachers are underpaid by $7,500 a year, according to the Varkey Foundation's Global Teacher Status Index 2018. Wages for a starting secondary school teacher have remained largely stagnant in the U.S. since 2013, hovering at just over $44,000 per annum. U.S. teachers estimate their hours at 50 per week, the sixth highest polled after New Zealand (52.12), Singapore (52.04), Chile (51.31), the UK (50.97), and Hungary (50.47).

Millennial generally are more optimistic and eager to expand their small businesses compared to baby boomers and Gen Xers, suggests the First Citizens Bank Small Business Forecast. Millennial have the most confidence in the U.S. economy (81%), but one area of concern for them is employee retention, with about one in five saying they did not expect retaining workers to be as difficult as it has been.
